1. Your Agreement
By accessing and playing games on Site you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use immediately.
2. The Games
Site provides free, browser-based arcade games for personal entertainment. All games are non-violent, contain no gambling mechanics, require no registration or account creation, and save only a local high score in your browser. No payments are required. Games are supported by no advertising.
3. Licence to Play
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and play the games on Site for non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may share links to the website and create non-commercial gameplay recordings. Commercial use, redistribution, or embedding on third-party platforms requires prior written consent.
4. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
To maintain a fair experience for all players, the following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using bots, scripts, auto-clickers, memory editors, or any automated tool to manipulate gameplay or scores
- Attempting to access, probe, or disrupt our hosting infrastructure or any related systems
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or extracting game source code without prior written consent
- Hosting or redistributing our games under your own brand or domain without authorisation
- Using the games in any manner that violates applicable law or harms other persons
5. Intellectual Property
All game code, visual designs, characters, mechanics, audio concepts, and branding on Site are the exclusive property of Site and its creators. All rights are reserved. Unauthorized copying, modification, or redistribution of any game assets is prohibited.
6. Availability
Site and its games are provided on a best-efforts basis. We may update, modify, or temporarily remove games for maintenance, bug fixes, or infrastructure reasons. We are not liable for any losses arising from periods of unavailability.
7. Disclaimer and Liability
The games are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to Site is capped at the greater of €100 or the total amount you have paid us in the preceding twelve months. Since all games are free, this cap is ordinarily zero. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
8. Governing Law and Updates
These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We may update these Terms at any time by changing the effective date above. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in full effect.
